Best adult learning experience I have had to date, after 20+ years in corporate/government risk & incident mgt these guys know their stuff! The real world experience & knowledge the trainers so willingly share is second to none, big thanks to Ray, Lucy & Angelo. The set up, facilities & training staff at NSTA really make this the best place to go for Security, first aid & related training. Highly recommend.

I recently completed the Security Officer Training Course and it exceeded all my expectations. The curriculum was thorough and well-structured, covering essential topics such as conflict resolution, emergency procedures, and legal aspects of security work. The instructors( Mark ,Gary & Ray) were experienced professionals who provided practical insights and real-world examples that greatly enhanced the learning experience. The hands-on training sessions were incredibly beneficial, helping me gain confidence in various security scenarios. Overall, this course is an excellent choice for anyone aspiring to become a proficient and effective security officer. Highly recommend! Completed my Cert III, CIT, Armed Guard, Bodyguard, and Advanced 1st Aid at NSTA, and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. As an experienced guard of over 20 years I've had the displeasure of attending a number of poorly run course provider's that provided very little in value. On this occasion I definitely got more than just a piece of paper. All the teachers I had were easy going, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I did not feel overwhelmed at any point during the course. As long as you pay attention, they will guide you to successfully complete all modules. I highly recommend NSTA to any guards, from beginners to advanced, and will definitely be going back to them for any further training I may require in future. Overall I give these guys an 8.5 out of 10.
