Lucy joined NSTA Central™ in 2022 after a 13-year career in the cash-in-transit industry, where she gained extensive experience in cash room operations, road crew logistics, and branch management. She has also managed large-scale events within the hospitality and security sector, including the SSAA Shot Show, major sporting fixtures, and community events.

Her expertise extends across First Aid, Security, Emergency Management, Transport Security, and Firearms instruction. Lucy brings a practical and real-world approach to the classroom, ensuring students benefit from current, industry-relevant training. Known for her enthusiasm and engaging style, she helps learners build confidence while gaining nationally recognised skills.
