15 years of industry experience across security, cash-in-transit operations, emergency management, first aid and firearms instruction.
Lucy joined NSTA Central™ in 2022 following a 13-year career in the cash-in-transit industry, where she gained extensive experience in cash room operations, road crew logistics and branch management. She has also supported large-scale hospitality and security events, including major sporting fixtures, community events and the SSAA Shot Show.
Her training expertise spans First Aid, Security Operations, Emergency Management, Transport Security and Firearms Safety. Lucy brings a practical, real-world approach to the classroom, helping students across Melbourne and Victoria build confidence while gaining nationally recognised skills.
